In the lead up, you’ll receive unlimited email and phone support, allowing us to refine details, answer questions, and resolve any final logistics. On the day itself, we act as producer—overseeing suppliers, timelines, and on-site logistics from start to finish—so you can be fully present and enjoy your celebration knowing everything is being expertly managed behind the scenes.

From supplier arrivals and setup through to pack down at the end of the night, we manage the moving parts behind the scenes so the celebration feels seamless, calm, and well run. This service is ideal for couples who are confident in their planning and want professional oversight on the day to ensure everything comes together as intended.

While this service does not include the supply or purchase of third-party items such as florals, furniture, or stationery, it does include the creative direction, design planning, and on-site management required to bring your chosen elements together. We act as your creative lead—guiding suppliers, managing set-up and pack-down, and ensuring the visual concept is executed exactly as intended.
